Luke 3:27 provides a genealogy related to Nathan, a son of David.

1 Chronicles 3:19 provides a genealogy related to Solomon, a son of David.

While both genealogies contain the name of Zerubabel, there is no a priori reason to take this to be the same person. The claim of contradiction or error must first establish that the same person is in view in each passage.
